We, human beings, were given so many gifts, complete organs
of our body which are warped with their orders. Every organ that builds our
body is prominent to our life existence; we would not be able to be as well as
we live. One of them, our body’s organs, is the stomach which is located in
abdomen (a kind of cavity that contains our inside organs). It is the center of
human’s energy management, in which food that we eat are managed in. However,
people often become likely to forget about themselves; they tend not to really
take care about the expedience of their body’s organs, in which the stomach is
included. People, especially workers and students, behave to ignore about the
health of their stomachs. There are several bad behaviors affecting the health
of stomach that are often done by most people as follows:
- · Delaying to eat.
- · Preferring to eat junk food rather than the healthy one.
- · Ignoring to eat even hunger is attacking.
- · Eating much after holding hunger or after fasting.
- · Drinking tea after having meals.
- · Ignoring about the hygiene of food being consumed, etc.
As the result of practicing the above bad behaviors, our
stomachs’ health is decreased. The stomach therefore will lose their optimal
effort in our bodies’ energy management. In not very long time, that
circumstance, decreasing of energy supplying, will gradually affect whole
body’s health. Then we can’t live as well as previous; we are getting weaker.
We are going to be weak and weaker so illnesses and any kind of disorder might
strike our body.
However, we cannot survive in such condition in which we are
so weak. Consequently, we should prevent that thing, decreasing of stomach’s
health, to happen. Our effort is only can be established by our own selves; we
can start from being aware of whether we have taken care of our stomach or we
haven’t yet. Then we start to stop our bad behaviors that may distract our
stomachs function, by stopping all those things above.
